UX/UI Case Study: Grupo Atrévete

Objective

To design a web platform for Grupo Atrévete aimed at promoting personal and organizational transformation through skill development, team building, and coaching, facilitating both in-person and virtual training.

Research and Analysis

Business Objective
With over 16 years in the market, Grupo Atrévete assists companies in developing leaders and teams through personalized team-building and coaching services. The website should clearly convey the experience and effectiveness of their programs to attract potential clients.

Target Audience

  • Large and medium-sized companies: Seeking to strengthen team cohesion and performance.
  • Human resources teams: In need of effective training programs that can be conducted either in person or virtually.
  • Individuals seeking personal and professional development.

Design Strategy

  • Home: Presents Grupo Atrévete's mission and its unique value.
  • Services: Includes In-Person Team Building, Virtual Team Building, and Training and Coaching.
  • About Us: Showcases the company’s experience and credentials, emphasizing 16 years of expertise.
  • Testimonials: Features success stories and client feedback.
  • Contact: Contact form and social media links.

Wireframes and Sketching

The goal in this stage was to define the navigation flow. We created a wireframe that clearly structures each section, ensuring users can quickly access services and learn about the company’s approach.

User Experience (UX) Design

We defined two key user flows:

  • Companies seeking team building: Directed from the homepage to the services section to learn about team-building and coaching options.
  • Users interested in direct contact: Quick access to the contact form in the bottom section of the website

Testing

Usability tests were conducted with representative users, focusing on navigation across sections, access to key information, and load time for each section.

User Interface (UI) Design

Visual Identity
To reflect professionalism and reliability, the design uses a color palette that combines serious tones like blue and gray, complemented by vibrant accents that convey the team’s transformation and energy.

Typography Styles
Clear and professional typography was selected to facilitate readability in each section, with bold titles to highlight the training, team-building, and coaching services.

Visual Design and High-Fidelity Prototypes
Each section includes images of team-building activities, both in-person and virtual, to visually showcase the dynamism and reach of Grupo Atrévete. Icons were included to facilitate quick understanding of each service.

Conclusions

This website design for Grupo Atrévete provides a modern and accessible platform to attract new companies, promoting team development and integration. The UX/UI approach ensures a smooth navigation experience and an attractive interface that highlights the company’s unique services.
